WHAT IS THIS ALL ABOUT?

Astrology has always seemed so interesting to me ever since my mom first told me about my sign. I remember looking at my horoscope at the time and asking her which sign was mine. She said "Aquarius" and pointed to the little image of a woman pouring out a bucket of water. It's such a small, insignificant memory that never left my mind. Years later, when I was around 14 years old, I became completely obsessed. I started learning about each sun sign individually; which elements they correspond with, what their symbols are, etc. Soon enough I had almost all of the basics completely memorized and understood. Next, I discovered that my chart was way bigger than my Aquarius sun. I learned about all the planets, and how they are all important. I then learned about houses, and things like "retrogrades" and "Saturn returns". Everyday I continue to learn more. I by no means consider myself a studied astrologer, but, I do have a deep love and understanding for these topics - and I plan on sharing this love with anyone willing to listen.

This is why I created this blog. The goal here is to get you to understand all the basics in the easiest way possible. I want anyone to be able to read these posts and see if they can apply it to their own lives. That's the beautiful thing about astrology; you don't have to accept these placements/signs as your entire being and personality, you are yourself. Understanding the position the planets just happened to be in on the day you were born could help you understand at least one part of yourself on a deeper level, and how to make the best of your life considering the stars that rule you up in the sky.  I will be slowly uploading every single placement, dedicating one post to every single one (for example, under "Sun" I'll write 12 posts, one for each possible sun sign). I suggest first reading the basic introduction to understand all the terms I use to gain a greater understanding on astrology itself, and to save yourself the time if you think astrology is ultimately not for you. Other than that, enjoy reading the posts that correspond to your chart, or your best friend, boyfriend/girlfriend, mom, dad, etc. Enjoy :)
